Feel the pain, cry through it, talk it out with a trusted someone, write it out in a journal, and give yourself the time you need to heal.
Honestly, I tell clients that they should enter no new relationships for a minimum of six months, and a year is better still. Then, go find a qualified counselor to help you learn what went wrong, and for yourself to learn to grow.
i'm myself looking for remedies, but i guess its just fate, because if u really love some1, then not even time will be able to heal all the pain inside of u , With time you just learn to live with the pain as if a normal occurrence in your life... you never really heal the pain... the pain becomes a normal addition in your daily life
