    There is no such Vitamin named as Vitamin S. Maybe you did a mistype by writing S instead of A or D. Vitamin A containing foods are : carrots, mangoes, Turkey's Liver, milk, spinach etc. and good sources of Vitamin D are: mackerel, herring, catfish, sardines, tuna fish etc.

    You would need to take a trip to New Zealand to get some "Vitamin S" I think. You might even be able to hum it!

    Ahmmm I take it that by Vitamin S you mean sleep?! Guess one needs to relax.

    Anyway
    Right now I certainly see a dosage of a Vitamin S for suspense! ;o)

    Vitamin S isnt existent:) haha Closest your gunna get it Vitamin K which you can get from pharmacies:)

    I suggest spinach for you, as this is one of the best natural resource of vitamin K
