Do you prefer to surround yourself with deep-thinkers or party animals?
Actually, both. That way when I get tired of thinking, I can release and when I get tired of partying I can think about how stupid I was.
I think its better to fill the world around you with deep thinkers so that you dont waste your time.
A bit of both - depending on my situation and surroundings. But, as I'm more introverted, I tend to hang about with deep thinkers - I find their company more relaxing but at the same time interesting.
I like to surround myself with party animals for entertainment purposes. I do my deep thinking alone and think others probably do too.
Mostly deep-thinkers, but party animals are good to help round out your thinking. Some party animals have quite a bit of knowledge to share!
Well it depends in the situation to situation , when i am in a party mood then i like to enjoy than to sit idle and think , but when i need to have some serious thinking to be done , then party friends is a strict No No
Deep thinkers. Party animals annoy me. My idea of an entertaining evening is to invite good friends over for a barbecue and debate/discuss various topics of interest.
Sorry, neither, I prefer to party alone, go where I want when I want without having to ask a crowd, or hear them argue over what to do and then do nothing.
Do my deep thinking either in the garden or on horseback. Always thought true deep thinking required silence otherwise it's just people getting together impressing each other with their "vast knowledge" about things they have no experience with or knowledge of. Don't mind others opinions but hear them plenty in just day to day life.
Got my own opinions and like my own extra curricular activites.......and I love the quiet. Just want to live my little life to the best of my ability. Don't want or need criticism or accolades.
I guess it depends what sort of mood i am in. Sometimes deep thinkers can take its toll on me, and i guess so does partying lol..So yeah depends on how i am feeling! x

Animals for party?..............I think not.
Give me someone capable of thought provoking worth. Even the ones who make me question my own stance.
I never usually belong myself to party animals and deep-thinkers. Sometimes I could be a deep thinker and I like to be with deep-thinkers and open an intellectual topic to be discussed. But sometimes I want also to be surround by the happy-go-lucky people and not necessarily the party animals.
Lol this question is interesting Outside.....To be very honest, I like to surround myself with gOOd peoples. I don't care what they do, what they think, if they are rich or poor, single or married, not too good looking or good looking. Once they are gOOd people's they are bound to be great at something that will peak my mind as well as my interest. My personality has entertained all types throughout the course of my life and it is really draining when you know they are phony, blank or just not interesting but still entertaining them. Wuk the rest of the Wullshizzers and smoke blowers. At this stage of the game that is my stanz. It doesn't feel good to entertain or be around people when you equally don't share the same respect, loyalty or genuine concern for each other. This I must sign cause it's real!!!
btw: North East you seem like a loner in all sense of the word, but I respect your comment

It's necessary to have a varies of all types of people around you. deep thinkers inspire you to do more and be more, but party animals makes this life more interesting. Gotta love them all

When you write, what do you also surround yourself with? For example, do you have music on in the background, the television, and do you make sure your favorite snack is with you? Do you drink coffee or tea? And do you write from handwritten notes, or do you start typing away?

Between a doer, a spectator and a thinker, who do you consider yourself to be?I came across a quote and it made me wonder how people tend to view themselves?“There are three types of people in this world:those who make things happen, those who watch things happen andthose who wonder what happened.We...

Critical thinkers are in the minority these days. Between 1900 and about 1960, critical thinking was taught at schools so that people would reject magical thinking. During the past thirty or forty years, with the decline of solid academic education, more and more people have reverted to magical...
