I have a short term goal that is renewed daily, or at least every other day. It is to get my butt out of the house and go for a bike ride. Nothing to burn calories like going the archaic method of pedal, pedal, pedal! My only problem today was that it was windy as I went up several hills (along unpaved roads), and was engaged in a perpetual backward roll! :( But that is my goal, to just try and stay active, despite my continual lack of time :)
