   How do you feel about mixed race couples?
   
   How do you feel about mixing of the races? Say a white woman and a black man or a black woman and a white man? How would your family feel about it? Just curious... in today's times it's not as looked down upon but some people still are strange about it. How do you feel. Honest answers only please!

   It is really okay to see couples of different races. As long as they love each other and do not bump into somebody's privacy, it is really fine and acceptable. In my case, I do not judge people. I just accept them who they are and what they are. It's really fine with me...

   I feel pretty much the same way as I feel about same race couples. Some of them are great, and some not, but it doesn't have a lot to do with their races....

   It does not matter whatsoever to me what color someone's skin is or their nationality. Interracial couples are not just black & white by the way. There are lots of Asians & Whites, Hispanics & Whites, Blacks & Hispanics, as well as Blacks & Asian couples. My point is there are lots of combinations but for some reason when the term interracial or "mixed race" couple comes up a large percentage of people tend to think that can only mean black & white. At any rate if one is worried or concerned about what others think then they aren't free. Life is a "personal journey" and each of us gets to choose our own friends, lovers, and spouse. You are responsible for your own happiness!

   one of my ex's was black and i've dated other black women. i've also dated asian women so for me the color is irrelevant.

   I feel like you dont know who you're gonna fall in love with. Race shouldnt matter, what should matter is who the person is and if you're meant to be with them. I am in an interracial relationship with my boyfriend of one year and we are so close to each other, the only problem is his family. They are not happy about it and now I know what its like to be hated and I know what racism is like now. My family thinks differently about it though, they like my boyfriend and want to get to know him and everything and they have no problem with me dating a white guy. To me, racism is like a joke. Seriously, you dont like someone because of their race? Come on..that's like the stupidest thing Ive ever heard and the people that are racist, they werent born that way, it was taught to them to be that way, but most racist people ACT as if they were born that way. Me and my boyfriend though, even though our families have different opinions of our relationship, what matters is how we feel and what we're willing to deal with and what not. We choose to deal with the complications his family causes for now until we can get away from it all, and this is because we really love each other.
