I have read that many men do not hire an attorney to represent them when they are divorcing. For some, an attorney is too expensive or many feel that an attorney would be a waste of time and money. A divorce is often viewed as something that may go away if it is ignored. Others feel that they are going to be treated unfairly in court even of they are represented by an attorney. Divorce courts are often viewed as being discriminatory against men especially in regards to child custody, child support, visitation, and alimony. What is your opinion about the need for a divorce attorney?
