Mens logic in realtionships and break ups
if a man breaks up with a woman why would he tell her how beautiful his new woman is that he is now in a new relationship with after only being broken up for two weeks from his ex?
Depending on the reason for the break up men could do this for numerous reasons. But given that he was the one to initiate the break up, it is just him being childish and wanting you to feel jealous of his new relationship. He may even be doing it for attention, he wants you to know that he can be just fine on his own. Men have a strange way of handling situations.
Having just gone through a breakup (she broke up with me), I can say that my own less admirable temptations were no different than those of many women. The fact that I controlled the impulse to hurt somebody that I felt hurt me, emotionally, reflects emotional maturity and not gender, I think.
For myself, the idea of being with someone new when both of us still have obvious and strong feelings for each other (good and bad) is ludicrous. Your best response is, "I'm glad you find her beautiful. I hope she'll help you get over me." It will drive him crazy and you'll know that by his immediate snide and defensive remark.

Do you think it's okay to break up with someone by texting or by email? It used to be the 'rule' that you broke up with a boyfriend or girlfriend in person, out of respect for the relationship you once had. Now, however, people also break up by phone, through email or even by texting. What do...

What's the difference between a break and breaking up?My interpretation was that a break was you're still technically together but you're spending time apart, whereas a break is that you're no longer together..
