You can tell them hey, you know that you are a nice person but it turns people off when you always concentrate on yourself. They may care enough to try to fix themselves if not ... stay away

We will do more harm to them if we do not associate ourselves with them. They will feel rejected and lonely and this may lead to committing suicide or attempting to commit suicide. They really need our support to overcome their little full of themsel
Nyamache, that is not true..you do more harm to them by trying when you know you can't handle it because you will end up saying or doing something that wouldn't be nice. That would be worse. There are people that can handle them, they aren't alone
