   Should one remain friends if one fell in love with the other and the other just wants to be friends
   
   Say the guy fell inlove with a young woman and has been friends for almost six years. The woman knew how the guy felt about her but she just wants to be friends. Should the guy remain friends or forget about her and stay away forever.

   if it pains you to not have her as your gf or if you get jealous or annoyed to see her with another guy. Then it would probably be best if you left, not at all once just slowly start to do other things. You can still be friends if thats what you want, but remember she already said she wants to be firends so it wouldnt hurt for you to try to find a new girl while maintaing your frienship.The funny thing about life is that when you have something you dont want it, but when its gone you miss it. You never know she might come looking for you and ready to try something out.

   that's up to the guy, but realistically speaking I cant see how he could.  Especially if he is not able to share as well as express his feelings with this individual.  I believe it takes a special kind of love to endure a "relationship" with this person.  Maybe you can handle the torment....I don't know ------goodluck

   well, it would be better for a man to stop being close to that girl if after expressing the feelings to her she was just steady and still getting the opportunity to get something from the guy, better leave her. I know someone, it took more than a year before the guy knew that it cant be possible to have her as his GF knowing from the past that he had a chance because of the sweet acts of that girl, meaning if she meant it too bad but if not it is sad for the guy because one must know immediately if someone has a feelings for you and you should have imply the message if you really wanted to be friend with that person. he deserves to know it so if that is the case, better close the topic and set your feelings free.
