We are born with instincts for survival, which in turn means our sense is turned on when there's danger, or something is wrong. Yes, they are most definitely reliable and necessary to survive. But some of us do not use them, trusting our head or logic more, which can be a mistake.
You know how dogs sense when they don't like someone they don't know? Or when a deer in the wood senses he's being watched? They are animals like us. We forget we are all animals because we've been "turned" so to speak, so going back to nature, to our utmost primal base of existence is a skill we have to now develop and really pay attention to.
Painful butterfly feeling we have in our gut could mean love or we really shouldn't have that burrito. LOL
