   Every woman can show their interest in various ways. Some are shy and some are verry straight on.
   
   These are some things she might do:
   Licks her lips.
   Checks your ass/crotch.
   Laughs at your jokes.
   Asks questions about you since she want to know more about you.
   Smiles a lot or acts wierd around you.
   
   Aometimes they can do the opposite as well since they assume that you're better than them. Easy to spot if get shy or looks down when you approach, and then looks at you as you walk away.
   
   ALSO, a woman who finds you interesting will most probably try to keep you for themselves. And they will talk about you or things you like when your with them. They will not talk about other guys they like and so on.

   Why not just ask her straight out. Get all the risk out of the way. If she's not romantically interested, you won't have invested romantic time.
   This is not to say that she cannot be your friend. In fact, you have a better shot of being friends if you never had any romantic involvement with her,

   The most straightforward way is to ask her out.  Make sure that she knows it's a date, and not simply two friends meeting for a drink.  She'll either say yes or no.
   
   If she says no, it doesn't mean she's not interested.  She may be legitimately busy, or still not sure about you.  Ask her again in a couple of weeks.  If she turns you down again, move on.  If you keep asking, you will likely creep her out.
   
   When I was about 25, I was in this group of friends with this girl that I was interested in.  When I realized that we were going down the "friends" track, I asked her out to dinner and a movie.  She said yes, we had a nice time, and started dating.  Now she's my wife.

   I concur with the other responses. I just wanted to add one thing: If she makes the time and effort to see you, talk to you, hang out with you -- above and beyond a normal friendship, that likely means she is interested since she is taking the extra mile to spend time with you. On the flip side, if she isn't doing that, it doesn't mean she isn't interested, she just may not be proactive about it.
