Each man have his individual definition of what he considers to be sexy.  What one man deems to be sexy, another sees as trampy or even slutty.  Some men consider a tastefully dressed modest woman who leaves things to the imagination quite sexy and alluring. They would be totally turned off by a woman who dresses to reveal her assets.   Other men welcome woman who are quite adventurous in their attire.

What do YOU consider to be sexy

Sexy is similar to beauty with regard to it being in the eye of the beholder. The dictionary states the word sexy is linked to "sexual arousal". When a man looks at a woman (it's not just the clothes) that determine if she is "sexy" but her body, face, hair, and smile.

I suspect if both women were wearing the (same) revealing clothes as the woman in the top photo, most men would say the woman in the bottom photo was the sexier of the two.  On the other hand if both women were dressed conservatively like the woman in the bottom photo my guess is most men would once again say woman in the bottom is the sexier one.

Needless to say if I were doing the whole single scene in a nightclub I would be more inclined to think the woman in the top photo is looking to "hook up" tonight or at the very least is more sexually adventurous. Most likely she would be viewed as "booty call" material and not someone a guy would bring around his parents, co-workers, or those he seeks admiration and respect from.

Unlike the definition of sexy being linked to "sexual arousal" we also use the word sexy to mean "cool" or "hot", looks good...etc as in that car is sexy or those shoes are sexy. Still it makes one wonder should they feel offended or complimented when someone tells them they look "sexy". If one believes the person making the statement is (sexually aroused) when looking at them is it a "good thing"? The thing about dressing "sexy" is you can't say I only want (him) or (her) to notice me! Anyone with eyes will notice you. When one says, "I know I am sexy!" Do they mean when people see me they want to jump my bones? Does everyone secretly desire to be thought of as being "sexy"? hmmmm

Very rarely have I heard a (man) describe a woman as dressing "slutty" no matter how much skin she was showing. It's usually women that slam other women for dressing that way. Most men enjoy looking at nude women! (As long as they are in great shape) Pornography is multi-billion dollar business!!!

It's note worthy to mention a guy's "reaction" is (different) when he is around other guys as oppose to when he is around his girl or women friends when he sees a woman showing the world her "assets". He may put down the woman's outfit to score points with his female friends while secretly "lusting in his heart"

Unfortunately, I was born with an eye defect that allows me to see through most fabrics, hence can only see the naked woman beneath the clothes. It's a travesty, I know, bearing this burden has been difficult.
