It's pretty hard to separate intelligent argument from raw emotions. It would be great if we could just walk away from a misunderstanding and write down our feelings after we've had time to cool off. In a face to face, sometimes one can feed off the emotions of the other and things just escalate out of control.
cause people tend to speak from the heart and not the mind. im super guilty of this. if im feeling one way (upset, angry etc) ive unfortunately let people have it without thinking first of what im doing, saying. if id calm down and think first, id come across more rational and perhaps not hurt peoples feelings while venting mine. make sense?
