I can honestly say that I am actually enjoying myself sexually more than ever. Perhaps with age we just find it easier to feel more at ease with ourselves and let ourselves go more, without having to think about how we are supposed to act.
So to recently have several readers messaging me asking if I am not "too old" for my lifestyle, or how long I think I can carry on with my lifestyle "at my age", just makes me giggle.
Of course I'm sure that "physically" things may start changing and affecting my libido, but personally on an emotional level I just find myself enjoying it more and more. And enjoying being able to "let go" and be naughty and adventurous when I feel like it.
I'd love to hear how many others share my own experience of feeling more "freedom" and more at ease with our sexuality as we get older.

I am 38 with a 7yr old son and married to the same supportive man. He has always wanted a second baby but I wasn't too sure. I am beginning to feel that time is running out for me. When will I be too old!
