Two individuals and myself in a sociology class did a group semester project on internet dating. We each joined 3 sites for 3 months and then played the game. We each wrote our separate papers, but any hoot here are my stats.

The final result was 2 dates - 1 local & 1 @60 miles away. Both cases did not lead to further dating, yet one continued with a phone relationship temporarily.
