I wanted to change the wallpaper on my iPhone with an Islamic picture, after searching the net for a while for something suitable I decided to create my own.

Listed below are four free Islamic iPhone wallpapers that I have put together for myself and now want to share with you.

The first one is on seeking knowledge – it acts as a reminder for me to seek knowledge at every opportunity that I get. Gone are the days when one had to travel thousands miles in search of a learned person. These days a small search on Google or Wikipedia presents you with a wealth of knowledge. All that is required is a little motivation to seek and learn. You don’t have to read endless books to acquire knowledge, but take it easy, plan your learning activity over a period of time, set yourself some goals and then start with small subject areas and then gradually increase.

You find as you learn your ability to learn and retain information will become easier, do not get frustrated initially at not being able to remember. As your brain digest the wealth of information you consume it gradually starts to sink in and make sense.

Can we humans achieve Peace in this world?
Can we humans achieve Peace in this world?

The second iPhone wallpaper is on the subject of peace. Unfortunately we live in an age that is in much need of this. Take one prime hot spot in the Middle East that has been suffering for that last 60 years at the hand of occupiers. The poor Palestinians could really benefit from peace, we can all do our little bit by making Free Palestine a reality.

What will you do to see justice for the oppressed?

Are you patient when suffering?
Are you patient when suffering?

The third wallpaper for your iPhone is an abstract floral picture with a verse from the Holy Quran. The verse simply states that we need to be patient in the face of adversity the reward for our patience is with Allah. How often do we practice patience?

Life is very stressful for us all in this 24hr society, it is therefore crucial that we maintain a perspective on life, and look beyond the problems at hand that a causing us pain. Always compare yourself to a person less fortunate than yourself, this way you will learn to appreciate your condition.

How to change your condition?

What do you do when Angry?
What do you do when Angry?

Finally the forth Islamic picture for your iPhone is an image that tries to portray the action of lashing out when angry. The wallpaper contains a Hadith from Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which states that the stronger person is not he who loses his or her composer when in a state of rage but maintains their focus and controls their rage.

Learn to control your anger

To download these Islamic wallpapers to your iPhone, simply right click your mouse and save image to your desktop. You can then export the wallpaper from your desktop to the iPhone.

Yes, you are right to say "plan your learning activity over a period of time". It does not require to study volumes of books for knowledge. Internet is the easy source.
