A Message from Jesus: the Week Before Easter 2012

This is an excerpt from my prayer journal. It is written in the voice of Jesus.

"The life you want is yours for the taking and the living, in this world and the next. You can choose to live here in a way that will lead naturally and seamlessly into your next life. Follow me, stay close to Me, I can lead you into that way of living, but follow Me closely, step by step. The way may not be what you expect, so staying in contact with Me is important. This is not a path you can see and walk on your own, you need Me. Follow Me intuitively, with your heart and your inner spirit more than your eyes. Let those deep spiritual senses be more important to you than any others. You will have to sense your way day by day alongside Me. I am not giving you a completed picture that you can see far off and plot a course towards. I am giving you my presense as a guide through the dark, My arm to lean on when you can't even see as far as the terrain under your feet. Lean on Me, lean into Me, let Me share My strength and vitality with you. Let it soak into you and become a part of you. Let it kindle and bring to life parts of you that have fallen asleep, or been forgotten, or been neglected so long that you think they were never there to begin with. There are intentions I have for you that have not seen the light of day yet, because they were crowded out by the troubles of the world, the pain you experienced, the work and struggles of your life. If you lean into Me long enough and close enough, My strength can begin to wake those intentions from their sleep, and bring them into light and life. These parts of you, plans I had for you from long, long ago, they belong to you, and I want you to have them. Being with Me, warmed by me, will wake them, and begin your discovery. Be willing to abandon your plans, beloved, and embrace instead My plans! I know so much more, believe Me. I formed you, you came into being through Me, and I know and hold all parts of your true self. I want to blow it all into fire with the breath of My Spirit: the ashes, the barely glimmering embers, the never lighted aspects of you, asleep and dormant. What is seen now by you and by others is only a part of what I intend you to be. Choose this: closeness with Me that will bring your true self into full life. You know, don't you, that there will always be some part of you that only I know. Some things I bring to life will be for your public life, some for your life with your intimates, and some for your life with Me. More sleeps in you than you realize. We can begin together to wake you more fully alive, we can begin whenever you are ready to embrace the moment to moment journey with Me."

I love this hub, Grace, and thorougly enjoyed reading it! It gives me so much hope, encouragement, and expectation as I perservere. It speaks volumes of God's divine plan for our lives. Our job is to trust Him enough to take Him at His word and follow Him daily in faith; despite our circumstances. What an awesome prayer life and intimacy you have with the Father! Thanks so much for sharing His conversation with you.
