How is it they thrive with no accountability

The works of their heart a false stability

Pride overtakes the moves they make

Leaving innocent victims enduring the wake

His council laid waste, steadfast in their way

They refuse to obey

The words from their mouth lacking in depth

As the heart will be, upon their death

In His power, they do not believe

When approaching the final hour

The devil continues to deceive

In judgment they will stand

Being left with no plan

The Book lies open

Before them their account

With works laid waist in a negative amount

Regret and fear their only emotion

No words in defense are left to be spoken

As it is written...

The wicked in his pride persecutes the poor,

Let them be caught in the plots which they have devised.

The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God;

God is in none of his thoughts.

His ways are always prospering;

Your judgments are far above out of his sight;

As for all his enemies, he sneers at them.

He has said in his heart

“I shall never be in adversity.”

His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression;

Under his tongue is trouble and iniquity.

Psalm 10: 4 -7

He said in his heart, “God has forgotten;

He hides His face;

He will never see it.”

Arise, O Lord! O God, lift up Your hand!

Do not forget the humble.

Why do the wicked renounce God?

He has said in heart,

“You will not require an account.”

Psalm 10: 11 - 13

A clear conscious at the end of each day, makes for peaceful rest, leaving little remorse to contend with:)

God Bless you!

A Blessing to read as one draws close the day in thought and a conversation with the Father. "Has it been Your will I have done this day"
