An Easy To Use Tarot Deck

TAROT to go

I have had my share of tarot decks since I've began my path that I am on now. They range from bright and colorful decks to dark and dreary ones. From large ones that were hard to handle and now finally to one that suites me more. When you are looking for a tarot deck you should be looking for one that you connect with more. Don't simply get one just because it looks "cool". If you feel drawn to one more than another than that's a reason to pick one up.

Now I always complained about the large size of the average tarot deck. I've found them difficult to shuffle in my some what tinier hands and that's the reason why one day I decided to go shopping and came upon this deck Tarot to go. It's a book a card set and I absolutely am in love with it.

The images depicted on each and every card are down right beautiful with a single exception of the Major Arcana card The Devil. The colors are lightly done, not dark and depressing which was exactly what I needed.

The back side of the cards look the same so that if you do happen to read reverse cards you won't be able to tell that they are reversed until you flip the cards over. I think that's always a plus.

Then there's always the size of this nice pocket sized deck. It comes in the size of a regular playing cards deck size and therefore makes its easier to shuffle and take care of. If you really don't have too much space where you live this deck would be perfect for you.

Sadly enough there are a few down sides to this deck that I have discovered, much to my dismay. I really don't particularly care for the descriptions of the cards that the creators came up with. While some of the descriptions are really nice and easy to understand they made some of them really idiotic and when I connect with this deck those cards don't mean those meanings what so ever. However us tarot readers always have our different intuitive feelings. That's what makes us so great.

So if you do happen to get this deck, which I still recommend you do, I suggest that you use your own meanings. Listen to your heart and your own intuition while reading these cards. You'll find your readings being more on the dot this way. In conclusion this is the best deck I have ever had and I am proud to say that I am now an owner.

I think that while the major arcana, etc. of the cards should have a designated meaning or meanings, the individual cards can be whatever your intuition tells you. Voted up and awesome!
