Definition of the word Profane: Means to debase, or vulgar, or worldly or earthly, or secular, or corrupt.

Levicticus chapter 18 - 21 : And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass throught the fire to  Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord.

Leviticus chapter 22- 21 : Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel and that they profaned not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the Lord.

Ezekiel chapter 22 - 26 : Her priest have violated my law and have profane mine holy things: they have put no different between the holy and the profane neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and clean and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths and I am profound among them.

Acts chapter 24 - 6 : Who also hath gone about to profane the temple, whom  we took, and would have judged according to our law.

Hebrews chapter 12 - 16 : Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person as is, who for a morsel of meat sold their birthright.

Today's Daily Words Of encouragement word Is Profane: Which means sacrilegious, or vulgar, or to desecrate or contaminate, or corrupt  or disgrace. We should never profane the name of God, for us being vulgar or disgracefulness in regards to the word of God. The children of God have to know the difference from the holy and profane , in order to live and worship holy.

The bible tells us that the law was made for the lawless, sinner, the unholy and murderers of fathers and mothers. We must trust Gods word and avoid profane and vain babblings, because it will increase our ungodliness.
