Good meditation for the day. I do like your connection with offering ourselves wholly to Him and that obedience of love means so much more to Him then going through the motions in acts of religion.

Thank you Jesus for being a burnt offering for me.

I love the thought of no more brunt offerrings, no more duty or work to do. But rather JESUS became that living sacrifice offerred Himself for sin once and for all. The only duty (work) I have to do is accept Him , believe Him and Love Him with all my mind, heart, strength and soul. Just loving Him, His mind, heart, and spirit. God word! thank you!

One of my favorite veses of scripture is found in Psalm 51 v 17 "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart O God, You will not despise."

This is all I have. Because of Jesus, it is acceptable!

God bless you dear sister!

Aren't you glad Christ's sacrificial death on Calvary's cross satisfied God and our sin debt was cancelled, no more sacrifice needed.

On a lighter note Faye, one of my last cook outs was nothing less than a burnt offering. lol Hope you didn't mind my humor along with my post.
