Definition of the  word Prosper: To strive, to be financially successful, to flourish, or to grow.

1 Corinthians chapter 16 - 2 : Upon the first day of the week let everyone of you lay him in store, as God hath prosered him; that there be no gathering when I come.

3 John  chapter 1 - 2 : 7Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy suol prospereth.

Psalms 122 - 6 : Pray for the peace of Jerusalem : they shall prosper that love thee.

Ecclesiates chapter 11 - 6 : In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening with hold not thine hand: for thou knowest not or whether shall prosper, either this or that; or whether they both shall be alike good.

Sometimes we get side tracked in out way of thinking, especially when it comes to us being prosperous.  It is said that being prosperous is financial gain, but  I think we can be  prosperous in other areas of our lives.  We not only prospering financial gain, but we prosper in health as well as wealth.

Prospering in our health is the biggest plus we can have; because without or good health all the money in the world, doesn't  mean a thing.  So, we prosper by making sure , we're striving to prosper in all areas of our lives.  We want to prosper in health, in the knowledge of God, in wealth, in our relationships, in our walk with God, and in our love of our brothers and   Christ .  So, you see it's not about just prospering in finance; it's about prospering in all aspects of our lives.
