"Faye's Daily Words Of Encouragement # 173 Today's Word Is : Upright"

 Definition of the word Upright: The state of being erect, something erect, in an upright or vertical position.

Job chapter 12 - 4 : I am as one mocked of his neighbor, who called upon God, and he answereth him, the just upright man is laughed to scorn.

Job chapter 17 - 8 : Upright men shall be astonished at  this, and the innocent shall stir up himself against the hypocrite.

Psalms chapter 19 - 13 : Keep back thy servant  also from presumptuous sins, let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from great transgressions.

Psalms chapter 25 - 8 : Good and upright is the Lord, therefore will he teach sinners in the way.

Psalms chapter 37 -14 : The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bows, to cast down the poor and the needy, and to slay such as be uptight conversation.

Psalms chapter 92 - 15 : To shew that the Lord, is upright: he is my rock and there is no unrighteousness in him.

Psalms chapter 111 - 1 : Praise ye the Lord, I will praise the Lord with my whole heart,in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.

Proverbs chapter 15  - 8 : The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

Proverbs chapter  28 - 10 : Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.

Ecclesiastes chapter 7 - 29 : Lo, this only have I found ,that God hath made man; but they have sought out man inventions.

Today's daily words of encouragement word is Upright: God loves the upright in heart . Upright is being a righteous child of God and trying to live an upright life in the eyes of God. It's our responsibility to live a spiritually clean and righteous life according to to Gods word.  We as children of God want to be able to please man but as long as we please God,  nothing else matters in life. Pleasing God is the only thing we have to be corned with in this life.  Our God is a spiritual being, whose is all about being fair, pure true and righteous.

We should all fashion our lives after him who created from the dust in his own image.  If we live a virtuous and righteous life, than we will be walking in Jesus footsteps.  Living an upright life may be hard, but it's  not impossible to those who loves Jesus. All we have to do is remember he died on the cross for our sins, so what can be any harder than being crucified for sins didn't commit.
