He Alone is My Rock and My Salvation

 Save me, O God

For the waters have come up around my neck

I sink in the miry depths

Where there is no foothold

I am worn out calling for help

The floods engulf me.

But I pray to you O Lord;

In the time of your favour

Do not let the flood waters engulf me

Come near and rescue me,

Hear my cry ,O God

Listen to my prayer,

From the ends of the earth I call to you

I call as my heart grows faint

Lead me to the rock that is higher than I,

For you have been my refuge

A strong tower against the foe

I long to dwell in your tent for ever

And take refuge in the shelter of your wings,

My soul finds rest in God alone

My salvation comes from Him

He alone is my Rock and my Salvation

He is my Fortress

I shall never be shaken,

For you have heard my vows O God;

You have given me the heritage of those

who fear your name,

I will ever sing praise to your name

And fulfil my vows day after day,

Come and see what God has done

He turned the sea into dry land

They crossed over on foot

Come,let us rejoice in Him,

Find rest, O my soul, in God alone

My hope comes from Him,

Trust in Him at all times O people

Pour out your hearts to Him

For God is our refuge.

Our God is a God who saves.
