Supernatural Healing Power

The name for someone with healing powers is Aerona. Aerona means that the person has the ability to see and understand all forms of illness, whether it is physical or mental. If someone is sensitive to the pain of those around them then they have this power.

The other side of this power is that of biokinesis, which allows them to control organic tissue. This gives them the ability to heal themselves as well as others. They heal people by flushing out the illness and replacing it with a healing energy.

The downside of this power is that some people can become so sensitive to the illness of others that it can make them sick as well. This normally wouldn't be a problem but if one Aerona heals another it affects their energy causing them to lose their power and not be able to heal again.

This is a fairly common power and many people that have this power become doctors, nurses, and counselors. They like to use their power to help others and it is very easy for them to do so.

Summary of the healing powers of Aerona

  • It is a power they are born with
  • They can heal themselves
  • They can heal others
  • Become nurses, doctors, and counselors
  • Like to help others

An example of an Aerona is a boy named Zane.

Ever since he was little Zane was always able to heal quickly from injuries and he never got sick. He tended to notice when other people were sick or hurting and they noticed that when he was around they tended to get better. He didn't think much about this until he reached high school and the pain of others started to really bother him.

He could see the pain in the way that one would see an aura. It was like colored lights hanging around certain parts of the body and he instinctively knew what kind of pain the colors meant. If he saw these pains in someone he tried to figure out what to do to help them. Sometimes he just had to put a hand on their shoulder and their cut would heal or their headache would go away. But if it was something more serious he would have to concentrate harder.

This is the life of an Aerona. It focuses around others and healing them because you don't have to concentrate on healing yourself.

Hmm, interesting. I'm planning on writing a whole series like this. I did a general overview of most powers on my hub "An Encyclopedia of Powers." You might like to check that out. I'm slowly working on getting longer versions of each power to put up here.

I never heard that term before. Where is it from? I thought healing was passed down by master's of ancient systems and taught to those students who show an affinity towards it. Anyway, it is a fascinating subject. Thanks.

I found it somewhere and it was cool so I decided to pass it on and let more people know about it. There are ways to learn this power, but most people are born with it.

Great stuff -- Healing is something we all can do -- but few develop the ability! Healing energies are not scary or mystical, they are real. The receiver however must be open to receiving or the energy just moves on! -- good hub
