How to Understand an Aries Moon Sign

Your moon sign is the Zodiac sign or constellation the moon was in at the time of your birth. This sign is just as important as your Ascendant (rising sign) and your sun sign. The Moon rules your inner child and your emotions. Therefore, you can feel and behave much differently than what your sun sign description shows if the Sun and Moon were in different constellations when you were born.

Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac. It is the baby of all the signs. Those with the Moon in Aries in their birth chart react emotionally as if they are children. They are playful, naïve, and have no problem giving you their honest opinion. They also tend to be optimistic, happy, and enthusiastic in attitude. They can be a bit self centered and impatient and they like to have things their own way all of the time. They usually don’t finish what they’ve started, so be prepared to bring up the rear if your partner has an Aries moon sign.

People with the Moon in Aries when they were born are impulsive, and instant gratification is a need. They aren’t capable of discerning the difference between a want and a need. Spontaneity and adventure are always at the top of an Aries Moon person’s priorities. They are overly confident people who aren’t afraid to try anything. They are aggressive go getters who have kind and generous qualities. Having a person in your life with an Aries Moon in their birth chart (or natal chart) can be quite adventurous.
