Practice And Practice Makes Perfect

Practice And Practice Makes Perfect

Practice, practice and practice makes perfect

You have heard it all along life's highway.

You will find it is true in whatever you do

If you will practice and practice every day.

Whatever you endeavor Satan tries to sever.

He must have no part in your life's plan .

Just look to The Lord and His Holy Word,

Whatever you do, do the best that you can!

Hold tight to your soul, Heaven is your goal,

Never let Satan rob you with his evil hand.

A great evil comes from that unholy being.

Keep your eye on the Lord and His Holy land.

If ever we need Him in earth's daily living

It is now in this now great unholy land.

We must practice ,practice and practice again

For Heaven we must take a Christian stand.

Practice every day in all that you do or say ,

Always show the world God's Christian Love.

Satan's abode was not made for God's children.

Our future is a glorious Heavenly Home Above!

We always hear of all of the hours that go

into practice when someone has just won a

medal , we think it seems like so much time,

but then you think if they had not been

faithful and practiced again and again they

would never have won the prize. Can we

do less than that? If we want to get to

Heaven we will never give up on our

upward climb ,we must pray., read the

Bible and always do what Our Lord

requires of us. Heaven will be worth it all .!

I have a friend who often says, "I'm a practising Christian - practising, but not there yet." It's a good thought for the journey and I enjoyed your poem.
