THE 3RD GLASGOW REIKI GATHERING
A message from the organisers to the Reiki practitioners.
As Mother Earth approaches her ascension at the end of a 26000 year cycle. We, humanity, are experiencing the shifts and vibrational changes that she herself is experiencing. We have the extraordinary opportunity of lifting our vibration significantly as we are assisted by forces of Divine Light, Love and Joy. Anything and everything that is out of integrity with this divine Love ascension plan, will surface out of the individual, the family, the village, the town, the city the country, the world.
All Business and Corporations working from a place that is not in integrity, will not survive and all will be revealed whether it is in the banking world or journalism or our political situations. Humanity is experiencing the deepest profound urge to stand up and be counted rather than dominated and a victim to circumstances that are less than humane. Victim consciousness is disappearing as we empower ourselves from within.
Reiki is now a major worldwide force in the healing of the individual and the planet and all thereon, it has become a household word and term. It serves us well, we practitioners of this amazing healing modality, to gather together in our oneness to vibrate the web of life with this amazing energy. Bless you for all you are and all that you do for humanity.
In service to the source of all that is, we release with joy all that we no longer need and embrace each other as we rise up to reach new heights and experience of Divine Love. Make Divine Love and forgiveness the focus of all your intentions today as you become Love and send Reiki Love and Light out to all.

Bill is a hypnotherapist who specialises in Gastric Band and has just produced a new CD called "The Gastric Band Protocol" with Bill Kerins.

Holisticards sponsored the 2011 Gathering and are in the process of setting up their website. Lorna Mclean introduced us to the power of Cho Ku Rei and in what way we can use the symbols. Later, Lorna read the Reiki principles and Reiki Mawashi which we learned and chanted back

Lorna is a love Worker/teacher sending out a love vibration to all sentient beings. A Reiki Master Teacher and holistic and intuitive therapist. Lorna has been involved with Usui Reiki since 1997 and regularly teaching Reiki since 2002. Her passion for this beautiful energy guided her to Stonehenge to learn Karuna Reiki in 2005 with William Lee Rand. This was a landmark in Lorna's life that served to confirm her belief in the power of the Universal Life Energy that is all around us and in everything.
As well as teaching Usui and Karuna Reiki, Lorna offers a wide spectrum of workshops including Goddess Awareness, massage and Tantra, all of which are passed on with an infectious and uplifting enthusiasm. At the heart of Lorna's teachings and therapy sessions is the desire to help us find a more positive and peaceful place in our often stressful lives.

Fiona McLaren Reiki Master, Sacred Sound Therapist Drummer / teacher treated us to a powerful drumming session singing Cho Ku Rei while she drummed starting the day while we tuned into the wonderful beat of the drums. Each drum was cleared and cleansed using Reiki and then the Cho Ku Rei symbol was added.

We were treated to the most amazing chanting from The Mothercore Mantra Circle. Founded in 2008 by Ali Brookhouse based in Nairn.The Mothercore mantra Group is a group of people who come together to chant Sanscrit. Mantra for the benefit of Earth and all her children.

Zaria et an Cullen then spoke about Reiki with Crystals and allowed us to hold a beautiful quartz crystal (above). She also allowed us all to choose a crystal from a basket each one wrapped in beautiful paper which we held to our hearts.

Liz has studied over the past 22 years a wide range of meditative disciplines including Dream yog, Dzogchen and Tama-do. She is trained in Craniosacral therapy. Voice and breath work, 5 rhythms dance, therapeutic ayruvedic and aromatherapy massage and life skills couselling. Liz is an intuitive healer, reiki master and teaches introductory to Craniosacral therapy and therapeutic touch. She pours a sweat lodge here in Scotland for community and private groups and leads workshops in prayer-song, drumming and journeying.
