Remember Israel America - Is it really Dejavu?

Isaiah 9:10 – The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones, the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.

1. The bricks are fallen down,

Why did the bricks fall down? This is the first question to ask, what was the reason the bricks fell? It is said that it was the judgment of God. If the judgment of God caused this affect, why rebuild at all without understanding why such a catastrophe happened in the first place and to rebuild without consulting Him is bogus? America once had a hedge of protection from God. Now she stands in the breach, without the covering she once had, and enemies are allowed to strike at any time. Yet America is a place that has dispatched more missionaries and has a praying spirit beneath its wings. The candle of prayer can’t be extinguished; there are intercessions that go on 24/7. There are those within America that can’t see all who pray and regard prayer warriors as non-essential and unnecessary, but America was founded upon prayer. A country divided against itself shall not stand, that is a paraphrase of the Lord’s words, in which He said a house divided against itself shall not stand.

We are all Americans, but united we will stand, but divided we will surely fall. The bricks are fallen, immorality is shouting, divorce and separation are screaming. The marriage bricks are fallen, divorce is at a higher ratio than it has ever been. Single parent homes are growing, and not producing the value system we once knew. Laws are changing that are in open rebellion to what God's Word and the patterns inculcated therein promise. We cannot rebuild without the God who orchestrated and instituted it all.

(2 Timothy 3:1-9) Evil in the Last Days

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

Can you read these passages of Scripture and tell yourself that the bricks are not fallen, and that they can be rebuilt with the same fabric or substance that caused them to fall in the first place. Judge for yourself, how true are these passages comparatively to today? Ask yourself. Jannes and Jambres who withstood Moses were Egyptian magicians. They were into sorceries.

What keeps America afloat?……It is not the economy, it is prayer. The effectual fervent prayer of the righteous keeps her afloat. It is a country which was rooted and grounded in God we trust, giving it the chief brick needed to start building. Bricks such as, a regard and respect for God and His Commandments, honesty, concern for others, and so many other foundational bricks which have fallen and rebuilding without God is just an illusion and acts of defiance, because unless the Lord builds the house those who labor, labor in vain. America could not afford to let the main foundational brick to ever fall (God’s Word) and not realize the other bricks that support that brick would fall as a result.

America will have to repent for driving God out of our culture, government, schools, homes, etc., and from taking the Bible, prayer, and The Ten Commandments out of this society and turn back before it is too late. Do you know what the crime rate would be if the commandment not to commit murder, or steal were actually an active lifestyle. It is a sin to steal before it was ever a crime, and it still is a sin. All the bricks will fall from non adherence to the Commandments God gave for the good of mankind. God was saying come you there, let us reason together, have respect for who I AM. You didn’t create a world, so how would you know how to effectively rule it for the good of everyone?

Children who understand the counsels, principles, paradigms, and patterns established based on Commandments given by God will be better equipped for life than what is raised with no guidelines. The challenge is how do these children escape the ones who really are not taught how to treat others with respect, and respect themselves too, without first respecting God and His commandments.

This prophecy declared the bricks are fallen, but we will build with hewn stone. The same exact thing happened on September 11, 2001. Planes went through the two towers, killing thousands of people due to an act of terrorism. Of course, we know why the bricks are fallen in this account and, yet the response again is, that we will rebuild with better stones than the former. Those in authority have vowed in defiance to the terrorist nation responsible to rebuild, yet this defiance is towards God. American just as Israel was established and founded upon trusting in God, for His purposes. Now just as Israel turned away from God and parted from His ways, counsels and covenant. America seems to be following the same path. Israel is our example and we will be judged just as they were. God is calling America to repent and turn back towards Him, forsake materialism which has become idolatry and worship of things which neither see, feel, think and hear and in ignorance of what the consequences will be. The mention of God is forbidden in schools, and government on a national level. Then we wonder why the young people are defiant. They defy because there are not parameters and boundaries they choose to observe. They have no godly counsel to weigh their deeds in contrast to what they are facing.

The bricks are fallen, the foundations for righteousness are fallen and we cannot rebuild with hewn stones of deception and unrighteousness, which calls good evil and evil good. A good tree is known by the fruits it bears, we cannot produce rotten fruits and expect to nourish our youth with it. Fruit that is rotten has an odor.

2. but we will build with hewn stones

The spiritual meaning of by hewn stones is signified by that which is from self-intelligence, and self-will that is not equipped for building according to God's will. It is knowing that His ways are not our ways but much higher; It is doing things in ones own strength rather than the strength of the Holy Spirit. It is not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit says the Lord of hosts. We may have good intentions and our motives may be good as well, but can we prove whose will is whose. How? By measuring our own will by the Word and Spirit of God. We can know that it is God who is working in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure, but we have not fully arrived, so we must rest in Him for direction. When the intent to build babel surfaced, it is written that God said, and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they imagined to do (Genesis 11:6b). Has God given them instructions to rebuild, or did it come from the defiance against terrorism? In other words, the terrorist are not going to get away with this, we will rebuild with stronger stone. America has told God in so many words, we do not want Your influence over us. Bible students that that sound familiar? Israel wanted a king, just like the other nations, but they only wanted a king, because that way their way of rejecting God.

Every time there is a calamity, such as a flood or other, home-owners, etc., decree that they will rebuild. Wisdom is the right use of what you know. Do you really desire to live there and rebuild after a flood sweeps your home and all your belongings away? Why not rebuild in another location? Here is a nation that inscribed in God we trust, even on the money, which for the love of it, is the root of all evil. America's only option is to repent and return to God, or it is building the highway to judgment. God is merciful and He is warning us all. His judgment is beginning at the House of God. The darkness is speaking so loud, that you can not help but hear it. War, chaos, greed, poverty, violence of every kind, immorality, unkindness, and list goes on and on.

(Zechariah 4:6) Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

It is astounding how these prophecies are so relevant today, and in .so many ways. This is a rebuke to a act of defiance. To build today with hewn stone is to build something other than what is the purposed will of God. To build without God is a useless endeavor. What we need to see is there is a difference between a brick and a stone. The first part of this verse in Isaiah 9:10, commenced with bricks fallen, and from the fallen bricks the endeavor to build with hewn stones. Stones are of a smaller weight than bricks, yet stones can be made into giant hewn stones. What seemed to be the intent was to build stronger than what was before. The alarming aspect is not realizing or understanding why the bricks fell to begin with. There all kinds of stories now. One thing for sure is that acts of terrorism against America has changed the way we live. The airports and flying is a nightmare, terrorism produced it. It is a spirit of fear that is giving the orders,

Repenting and returning to God will cancel the fear, because He has not to authorized fear, but power, love and sound mind. Fear is a tormentor, it torments and tortures the faithless soul. Faith in God is the only weapon against fear. America used to have the faith it takes , but she has changed her garments and put on fear. We cannot rebuild anything through fear, only through faith in God can America rise. That does not just mean the Church, each and every man, woman, boy and girl must meet this challenge. If America could imagine how much prayer is being poured out on her behalf, she wouldn't take it lightly. It is the fervent, effectual prayers of the righteous that availeth much. Prayer is the only reason America is still standing. Don't judge the Church by who blatantly exhibits character that is not Christ like. Climb your own sycamore tree so that you can see Jesus for your own self. Get alone and read His words. Do you know that Jesus prayed for all people who would believe in Him because of the words of the disciples. When you read the Gospels and you believe in the words written about Him, you are His answer to prayer. (Read John 17:20 for your own self)

How long will it take to build with hewn stones, how many stones would it take? Stones are plural, and not singular, in this passage. Hewn stones are craftily carved in a quarry or excavation spot. Hewn stones represent anything that is not of God’s will; such as, deception and lies, greed, violence, terrorism, malice, filth, injustice, ignorance, arrogance, sexual perversions and all ill will in society, all of these are built with stones of depravity, by the choice of ones own will. Society is ill and needs the healing touch of God more than it knows. The physical building is secondary, when the spirit and soul of man and women are fallen. The separation between God and man is no laughing matter.

How long can you ignore the Creator of the universe before it incites judgment and wrath? Sin has set in motion all types of calamities, which only a repentant heart and soul can undergo. The stones that represent faith and trust in God in America have fallen and no we cannot build with hewn stones or build our own cisterns that can hold water. We need God just as much as the forefathers of this land did. Just learning how some of them prayed and trusted God is not something I can recall being taught in school. You can't take God, His paradigms and principles out of homes, schools, governments on every level, businesses and expect to build anything but depravity and deception . There is a cell in America who are for her destruction, not for her success as a nation. Taking prayer, the Bible and the Ten Commandments out of schools has not helped children or the youth. When you grow up without a clue as to what God expects of you, you are the biggest accident going somewhere to happen, that you will have to attest to someday. Not knowing the Bible and how to prayer did not help me growing up, it hurt me severely, it helped me as a young adult grow into what we elders call maturity. Don't be part of that cell by turning away from God, repent and return. Tell Him in your own words that you apologize for casting your votes with the ungodly, instead of complaining to others, have a little talk with God, He is waiting for you.

Notice the Scripture stated that we will build. Who is the we? I know for sure that I do not want to be counted in the we who is in agreement to build with dressed up stones which will eventually and inevitably fall, because the builder’s bricks are fallen and God hasn’t granted the permission to build apart from Him. The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone (Jesus Christ) that gives us a firm foundation individually and as a nation.

3. the sycamores are cut down,.

Sycamores represent loftiness and haughtiness, delusions of grandeur, and thinking more of ourselves then we should. Proverbs 16:18 counsels us that pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

This verse is called an harbinger. A harbinger is a warning. it was given by the Prophet Isaiah and is prophetic to its very fiber, he was warning all who were in that day and it holds just as much relevance today. Do you know that this verse is a reality in America...At ground zero where the Twin Towers stood, it is said that this verse was used to affirm that they would rebuild what was destroyed, by the spirit of defiance.

4. but we will change them into cedars.

Isaiah 9:10 – The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones, the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.

The tree that was placed at the site of the 9/11 Muslim terror attack in New York City has died, has been removed, and destroyed. “Harbinger” author Jonathan Cahn says it’s because of his book that the tree will not be replaced. His work examines the nine harbingers, or warnings, recorded in the Bible that were delivered to Israel before the nation disintegrated. He contends God is giving the same nine warnings now to America to urge the nation to repent. One of the harbingers was a sycamore tree at Ground Zero, which after the destruction of the Twin Towers was replaced by an evergreen, a move Cahn believes follows the Isaiah prophecy. Now the replacement tree is gone, he said. There is a video at the end of this hub which is worth the investment of your time, it does give the nine harbingers (warnings) found in Isaiah 9:10.

“The ancient sign of nearing national judgment has been manifested. The erez tree has fallen. The seventh harbinger now speaks of impending judgment. The Tree of Hope, the symbol of America’s resurgence … is dead,” he explained. “The keepers of the Tree of Hope did everything they could to save the withering tree. They even changed the soil in which it grew. But no matter what they did, the tree continued to wither away and die,” said Cahn. “Finally, in the spring of this year, the tree planted in the place of the fallen sycamore of Ground Zero, the symbol of a rising America, was uprooted.

The Christmas season 2015 has just passed. As a believer or non-believer, one must get their priorities in order, you must purpose and make a point to see Jesus Christ as the only reason for this season of joy to the world,, after all isn’t He the focal point of Christmas (Christ for the masses). How was that day rebuilt, with Santa Claus, snowmen, reindeers, elves, jiggle bells, Christmas trees, lights, balls, all an effort to redefine (rebuild Christmas).

In 2015, there were some semantic (play on words and terms) and struggles concerning whether it is appropriate to say Merry Christmas or Happy Holiday. I thought to myself that it really wouldn’t be such a concern or debate if we would just say Happy Holyday. It is a Holyday, end of dialogue. When you are celebrating the birth of Christ, no matter when you believe He was born, you are celebrating a Holyday!

What is the main tree attributed to Christmas? It is cedar or pine tree, yet in the verse it states that the sycamores are cut down, and that they will change them into cedars. How do you change a sycamore tree into a cedar tree? These are two distinctly different trees. You would have to pull the sycamore up from the roots and replant and replace it with the change. Interestingly, the sycamore tree speaks of what would assist in seeing Christ clearer, and everyone knows the cedar, conifer and pine tree is called a Christmas tree. The tree when decorated is delightful, truly beautiful. What does it have to do with Jesus Christ? What has been used to denote the birth of Christ has been replaced in the hearts of many by delusional rebuilding..

The verse mentions sycamore and cedar trees, and it’s here that things start to get eerie.

“After the cloud of dust began to clear, police officers, rescue workers and onlookers gazed at the little plot of land at the edge of Ground Zero,” Cahn writes in The Harbinger".

“There in the middle of the ash and debris that covered the ground was a fallen tree. It would soon become a symbol of 9/11 and of Ground Zero. And it was a symbol … but one much more ancient than anyone there could have realized and one carrying a message no one could have fathomed.” “The tree at Ground Zero that was struck down on September 11 was a sycamore tree.” ‘Cedar’ that replaced the Sycamore at Ground Zero site. Not only was a sycamore tree struck on 9/11, but it was replaced in the exact same location by another tree of the type mentioned in the original Hebrew, an "erez" tree, which is the same genus as the cedar.

“The most natural thing to have done would have been to replace one sycamore with another,” Cahn writes. “But the prophecy required that the fallen sycamore be replaced with a tree of an entirely different nature. So the tree that replaced the sycamore of Ground Zero was likewise not a sycamore. According to the prophecy, the sycamore must be replaced by the biblical erez. So it must be replaced by a conifer tree.” A conifer is a pine tree, you know the kind used for Christmas trees. It is not coincidental that the conifer would replace the sycamore tree, it is really worth looking at. Christ does revolve around a Christmas tree, the use of one should be used to remind of Christ, or don't call it a Christmas tree, just decorate the pine tree. You may be saying to yourself, what does a sycamore tree have to do with a cedar tree? They are two extremely different trees, and you would be right! What does commercialized Christmas have to do with the birth of Christ? Now if you are using those things to truly celebrate Him, more power to you. Friendship with the world is enmity towards God. The world has a different outlook, and it can not be that of a believer in the Christ, the Son of the living God..

Just as Pastor Cahn stated, why couldn't they just plant another sycamore tree in the place of the one that withered? It is a legitimate question. The sycamore was more than the pine, try climbing a pine tree, ugh, ugh, ugh! The sycamore is a strong tree it strikes the chords of climbing to see better, when you are determined to see Jesus. And that’s what took place in 2003, as a conifer tree, the “Tree of Hope” as it was called, was planted in the spot where the sycamore was slammed on 9/11. America wake-up from your slumber, return and repent.
