Space storms could knock out power supplies and satellite navigation systems, claim scientists.

Updated on April 22, 2010

Signs of the times...

Read article in Daily Telegraph

Luke 21:25-26

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Acts 2:19-21

And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Scientists, don't you just love them.... have been busy proving how another bit of prophesy, could be fulfilled, when they provided the answer to how the Sun would turn red and we end up fighting the final battle with swords and other old technology weapons at Armageddon (Megido, Israel)

Apparently the Sun has dimmed to its lowest activity level in nearly 150 years – a phenomenon that usually precedes huge space storms.

The space storms in turn create problems for our high tech society, by affecting power supplies and satellite navigation systems.

Now most of us simply do not realise the possible ramification of this sweet little statement slipped into the UK's Daily Telegraph, but there are quite serious possibilities when this happens.

Anything that has the magnetic power to knock out power supplies and satellite navigation systems, will affect other sensitive electronic equipment, like computer chips and things... strong magnetic forces are NOT our friend when it comes to data protection and system integrity.

Hmmmm... what runs on those.... well apart from plain computers, we also rely upon them for sewerage systems, hospital emergency rooms, most modern cars, airports.... you get the picture!

The last really big solar "super flare" – in 1859 – knocked out telegrams and ship's compasses and covered two-thirds of the Earth in a blood red aurora.

So modern technology of the time was rendered useless... back two hundred years in one day!

Most modern technology functions on high tech computerisation, and even guns nowdays have chips to make them function.... we could be back weilding swords again, and that does not surprice me because scripture tells me that the final battle, Armageddon, will be fought with swords and such stuff.

Now I never understood that, coming from today's world, but equally it never bothered me, for I know that with patience we will see ALL the prophetic words spoken in scripture come to fruition.

However most folk lack patience, which is after all a gift of the Holy Spirit, so they choose to spend their time tut tutting the bible rather than waiting expectantly to see what God will do next.

I like suspense drama!

The US National Academies estimate the cost of a future severe space storm hitting the USA to be up to £1.5 trillion in the first year.

That makes the bankers early retirement scheme (funded by you) look cheap at half the price.

They believe that full recovery could then take 4-10 years.

What this would call for would be a world leader who could solve the problems.... hmmmm.... who could that be?

I like that, it sounds like it would fit a seven year period of tribulation really well, and as I do not expect to be here to experience it, I can rest assured in the fact that it confirms another couple of bits of Gods word that previously had me wondering what would happen.

I've always known that the world would be electronically neutered, when God started His end play, but the possible ways it could happen were all varied and seemed far fetched, then wham, our friendly scientists 'stumble' across this info and release it....

Maybe the concept was to prepare folk for the bible coming to fruition and line up their excuses, to persuade folk that God was not really beginning to express His wrath at their rebellion...

Who knows?....

I do know that our wannabe New World Order hosts know my bible as well as I do, they just decided to bet on their version of events rather than Gods.... fools.

So look up, your redemption draws near....or bury your head in the sand....as your judgement starts to occur, your choice, as for me and my family, we have made ours.

Atheists always seem to get ruffled when believers speak of their redemption and the atheists judgement, seems we have no right to tell them in advance what is happening, and they get affronted when we mention that Gods word is daily coming to bear on their myopia.

Well rest assured my friends, because like God I desire that none should perish, so I pray that you atheists will hear before it's too late to escape the wrath to come.

They (the atheists) are always prattling on about how blood thirsty our God is, well stay around long enough, ignore Gods rescue plan, and you will witness it for yourself.

Watch this space (and outer space)!
