Trusting God In All Circumstances

Trusting God In All Circumstances

When I look back on circumstances in my life over the years, I can honestly say that God has never let me down. Not once.

The secret is to see God in everything...even my mistakes. I recently read a book wherein the author suggested that any hurts, problems, emotional anger, she lays all of these on the altar before God. She also emphasizes the importance of controlling your thoughts. Lots of times when a negative thought enters my mind, I think to myself, "Delete! Delete! Delete!" If I am alone at home and something is bothering me, I leave the house to change the energy. This always works!

If I ask God to guide every movement I make during the day, I always come up with ideas, especially if I am upset about something.

I have found idleness to be an enemy. If I start going through photographs and putting them in an album, writing a positive letter to someone, creating anything, this is a great mind distraction. Walking through a mall and just browsing, or going to a movie, all these are terrific diversions.

I love to talk about God. Discussing the blessings of God with another person is so much better than complaining.

Yes, there is alot of evil in our world, but I find that keeping my mind centered on God is the key to everything. God is good. God is life. God can be trusted above everything and anything else in our universe.

After all He created everything on this earth. Everyone of us has something to offer, whatever gift He has placed inside that individual.

Thinking about God prevents me from thinking about anything bad. It is a good habit to cultivate. Sincerely, Sparklea

Aw SPARKLEA,

This is so beautiful and it reminds me of that scripture to keep our minds on Christ, and we will be kept in perfect peace. Thank you for sharing this with us, and also for glorifying our Lord God with your written words here.

Yes, we must praise Him through the tough times as well as the good times, as He is always there with us, getting us through. We cannot just Love Him only when things are going great.

You are such a beautiful person with a lovely heart.

Voted up +++ and sharing

God bless you. In His Love, Faith Reaper

What a beautiful and helpful hub.If we turn to God for all our answers we can see light at the end of the tunnel.A good day after bad.We can find reasoning when things go wrong.Turning our energy to something useful. When I am sad I like to help others and sometimes find ways of making them happier. When I see an unexpected smile I know mine is right behind and it brings me to an upbeat place where I want to be.I know through all my years I have not once been disappointed for all the things God has taught me in my life. Some I wasn't able to fully understand until years later when I gained more understanding.Thanx so much.

Deborah, THANK YOU for reading this and for sharing it on FB! SO much appreciated!

You asked where I have been...I was quite ill and in the hospital 3 times since last November...doing much better, had major surgery and the recovery was very difficult, but God was with me all the way.

I am still very behind in writing and hubs...In fact I was in the hospital Thanksgiving Day and also the week before Christmas...too sick to shop, do cards, and we had to cancel our family dinner.

So we had a VALENTINE Christmas celebration in February! So glad to be back into the land of the living!

I hope hubbers have not forgotten me...and I am thrilled you took time to read this hub. Blessings, Sparklea :)

IsraelAugust 2, 2012 The USB port for Rock Band is an adapter that awlols you to plug in more USB cables, and yes, you have to have it to play all your instruments at once. The bundle comes with it. You can't use your PS2 guitar controller on the PS3.

I'm one of a few admins on a site and we each have mupltile computers, locations, and browsers we use. From what I can tell, your solution seems like it'll take care of all of that by just inserting your code problem is, where how/ does one use it?Obviously, I'm completely clueless on coding, I'm just a blogger who is tired of seeing 2/3 of our hits come from the admins (not to mention how much that's skewing the other results- notably time on site and bounce rate).Thank you for your help.
