The Dark and Shadow Side of Astrology

The Secret Even Most Psychics Don't Know

I was excited when I read the title of an astrology article recently: “The Dark and Shadowy Side of Astrology.” I thought the article would be an exposé on the dark truth behind astrology and fortune telling; the force behind fortune telling is demons. The origin of the word demon comes from daemon, Latin meaning "knowing one".

I had always suspected a dark force behind astrology. When I used to read horoscopes, something just felt wrong. There was always an uncomfortable component. I began to learn more about it when I started studying deliverance, the methods used to cast out demons and set people free. The deliverance ministers taught that participation in tarot cards, Ouija boards, astrology, horoscopes, séances and other dark activities often brought a demon into the soul of the participants. My suspicions of even stronger demonic control in these things were confirmed when I heard the testimony of ex-satanist and ex-psychic fortune teller John Ramirez. Basically, the fortune teller gets his information from demons. Then, the fortune teller, still listening to the demon, puts a curse on the visitor.

The "future" that is cast is actually a curse on the life of the person paying to have their "fortune" read.

Ramirez tells the story of one housewife who came to him. He told her, "Your husband is going to leave you for another woman in three months. Your children are going to become addicted to drugs." The woman protested that her husband is a very good man and her children are top students in school, who get into no trouble at all. The forecast seemed ridiculous. What the mother and wife did not know is that she had opened a door to the demonic to work that curse in her life. Think of her husband: he had no idea that a demonic force was causing him to lust after another woman. He fell "in love" with another woman, and did leave her. Her children also, under the influence of demonic power, got into drug use. She returned months later, sobbing and crying. She paid a nice fee to Ramirez to fix her problems. All Ramirez did was recall the demon.

Even daily horoscopes warn (curse) things like "today could be a bad day at work if you don't take charge." Even things that appear to be good are actually curses when they come from demonic origins. I received this Cancer horoscope on October 31, 1996: "You can't mess this up, Cancer, today you are going to get laid, laid, laid." Of course, I did not read it, my first-time date did. We went back to my place... and did what she was already planning before she read the fortune. We ended up marrying... and I later learned that she and her family (father was a Freemason and devil-worshiping sorcerer) had planned that she would marry me before I knew anything about it. Her father had cast witchcraft over me. And that was the horoscope- promising something that seemed welcome to my worldly, fleshly nature... and then destroying me for the next two years as I fought demons every night in my dreams, and watched all my business and academic enterprises collapse all around me.

Astrology and fortune telling belong to the devil. And, the devil never gives without a very, very high price. Astrology is an open door to the demonic. THAT is the dark and shadowy side.

This book is a top seller. It is already available in English, Spanish, and Japanese. A translation into Russian is under way.

A Woman Blinded by Psychic Demons

Several years ago, I served as youth pastor in a small local church. One man began attending with his family. He had two sons and his wife. His sons were great. He was one of the white hispanics from the Mexico City area. His hair was brown, with a slightly reddish tint. He was a very humble and hard working man.

His wife had been gradually losing eyesight for several years. The prophet Peter Kumar came to the church. He prayed for her, and her eyesight improved slightly. He called out that she was into fortune telling and worse- and that this is the source of her problems.

She confessed to it, too. She had two sisters who still lived in Mexico. They would call and harangue her for money. She was lying to them. She said her family still lived in an apartment and had only a little money, so could not send any. She stressed and worried one of the sisters might try to move to them and live with them, and discover her lies. So, she would visit Mexico and hire brujas -witches- to read the future using potions and tarot cards, casting of bones, and other means.

We continued to pray for her, and against the fortune telling. She continued to improve. But, we could not gain a clear victory because she continued to dabble in it, giving demonic forces a right to be there.

Notes:

1. Notice in this story "the root of all evil is the love of money."

2. The devil works people deeper and deeper into sin. First, the love of money (greed) came in. Second, lying came in. Third, fear came in; a fear of being discovered in a lie gripped her. Fourth, turning to demons for help via fortune telling came into her life. The word demon comes from Latin daemon, which means "knowing one".

Thanks, Fatima. To my regret, I could give more examples of how fortune-telling cursed my life. The woman mentioned above was well-known, popular and respected in our sector of the city. A few days before marrying, we stopped to have Chinese at our favorite just-off-campus restaurant. My fortune cookie read, "Everything you like about her now, you will hate later." I let it fall to the floor before she finished reading hers aloud. She asked what mine said. I answered, "I didn't get one."

All the things I liked about her before we married: her business ethic, and other things, I did learn to hate before we finally divorced. Fortune telling is of the devil. When it comes- even wrapped in a sweet almond cookie - it comes with strings attached (...attached to dark curses.)

I'm in no way making a mockery of your experience, but how is it possible that her reading your horoscope messed up your life. I think Astrology and the likes are great! Who you choose to deal with is another story. There are those that read it (what a stranger has written) and follow suite without having a clue of who they are instinctively

reeltaulk: Astrology, and other forms of fortune telling open doors for demons. Some "psychics" do not have demons- or any other supernatural power. They are just clowns for entertainment.

However, I think it would be completely idiotic to take a chance on that. If a person is reading a horoscope and the predicted things are happening, then the power behind it is working in your life.

It will be only a matter of time before that horoscope predicts something that will become a noose around your neck.

Ok I'm not mad at what you believe, but I disagree. I am not specifically rooting for anyone or cosigning on anything, but it's obvious we have had different experiences as well as beliefs. ttyl CiaO
