Ever since the Middle ages the color purple has been associated with royalty. It was the chosen color for most to wear for monarchs' ceremonial clothing. It can also infer wealth. To be "born to the purple" meant to be born to a wealthy family.
Purple energy connects us to our spiritual guidance, wisdom and even our inner strength. It is said to be the color of artists, mystics, and fantasy seekers. Maybe that is why it is my favorite color. Haha. Those attracted and attuned to the color purple need to keep themselves from living in a fantasy world.
Purple is a color of transformation, combating fear and any resistance to change.
It's the color of Elemental spirits, angels and Gods of Divination and Prophecy. Also is the color of psychic abilities.
It is used to counter act negativity and black magick, reversing any curses. It has also been used for during psychic healing.
