This gift of mine

1 Timothy 4:14-16 (New International Version)

14Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through a prophetic message when the body of elders laid their hands on you.

15Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. 16Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

Walking in love

Is a challenge within itself; we are approached on a daily basis by so many unhappy and devious people. They thrive on trying to push your buttons, and make you feel incompetent and reduce you to sadness. But how sweet it is to be grounded in the word of God; understanding who you are and who’s you are is your first step towards pure success.

Take inventory of your life and figure out what you are good at, and then dedicate your life and your gift to God. Then expect nothing less then greatness. I know it sounds a little out there but that is what's so great about the God we serve. His greatness is above anything we could have ever dreamed.

Dear God please walk with me as I perfect my journey for you. Amen

Hi Alice welcome to Hubpages. You have some good inspiring hubs. Short but sweet. Thanks for sharing your inspiring messages. This reminds me of the parable of the wasted talents. I think we do have a duty to share our gifts with the world. For those searching for their purpose in life it is usually hidden in their gifts/special talents. Thanks for the inspiration and reminder. I look forward to more hubs from you.
