Words of Comfort & Encouragement – 2014/2015
We are approaching the end of another year.. Whether we are Christians, Muslims, Buddhists or Atheists – I’m sure everyone is grateful in their heart that they got through the year, with their family and for any good things that have happened.
These are my Words of Comfort / Encouragement for 2013/2014 and I wish it for everyone, regardless of their Religion:
May God Supply all our needs.
It might be Recession but that doesn’t mean we have to be part of it.
"God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory".
May Peace be all around us. (At home, at work…)
"My presence shall go with you and I will give you rest".
May no disaster come near us or our families.
"There shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come nigh your dwelling". (Ps 91:10)
In UK, there is an increase in unprovoked attacks. December 2011 and Indian Student got shot in the head in Manchester, after someone casually asked him, what time it was. He was on Christmas Holiday. This is just one of many attacks. It’s important that we pray for protection before we leave home. If you don’t believe in Prayer – Affirm it. Words are Powerful.
May Blessings come after us.
There are people in life who search hard for opportunities, but there are also some that opportunity seeks them. People just ask if they’d like to take on a higher position or job etc…
"Blessings shall come upon you and overtake you".
May God Guide us.
Sometimes we think that we know best, but find out later, we got it so wrong. Not all that glitters is Gold.
"In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths".
(Prov 3: 6)
May God keep us from Temptation.
Crime (theft) is on the increase because economies are getting harder. No one would have believed that youngsters could cause so much damage during the London Riots, last year. They looted shops. Some didn't plan to, but just got caught up with it because of friends. Business people can also be tempted to compromise.... We face temptation everyday.
"If I bear iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me".
May we be a Blessing to others.
"Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runs over".
