Should USA and other western civilizations expel all muslim people and forbid entrance for new ones?

It is written in Quran  8:39 "Wage war on non muslims and kill them untill they submit and the only religion is islam".
Should USA and other western civilisations forbid entrance of muslims?

Absolutely not.  It goes against everything our country was founded on, and is almost an insult to be asked.

I believe that would be barbaric. Not every Muslim is a bad person. They have contributed to society just as other ethnic races. Why put all Muslims in the same pot and do one of the inhumane things sick rulers around the world have done. They attempted genocide. Such an act would be the beginning of the end of civilization.

What rubbish, the Bible contains what could be hate words, come on they are holy scripture about the times when written. The second world war was an arena where Christians killed Christians led by crackpot religions spouting lies. please do not turn to such silly talk, just ban all religion, ALL RELIGION.

Instead of forbidding muslims, the USA should make some form of requirement for any devout muslims to acknowledge this line in their Holy book.

I don't think it would be fair to dismiss a person as a whole based on 1 line in a book that the religion they believe in. One could argue that not everything should be taken literally, but that line IS hard to take out of context.

The country was founded on being tolerant and accepting people of all colors and religions, but when one directly requests violent action upon another based on their beliefs, a line must be drawn. Rather than forbid or dismiss any of them I just think it should be requested to be acknowledged and if anything determined in some way that any religious Muslim person should not seek to harm their fellow citizens, because that's what it comes down to.

If two people of the same nation think different about a topic (religion), that is understandable and expected. If two people think one is right and the other is wrong, that is also understandable and expected. But if one person thinks that they are being asked by their religion to KILL the other person because what they believe is wrong, that is too much. If a person, and this means ANY person of any color of any religion, is to be a humane, proper citizen, the intent or belief that their fellow citizen, man/woman [generally their fellow HUMAN companion] should be murdered UNTIL THEY SUBMIT - that is just a conquest.

I'm an Atheist, I find religion to be very destructive, but I don't mind if a person has a personal belief or a religion-based enthusiasm that pertains to THEMSELF. But a person or a religion is stating that anything, let alone violence and murder, should occur until the only religion is the one they preach, they are no longer using it [religion] as a personal tool but as a method of conquest.

No person, No deity, Nothing in the world that a human being [or a robot or a freakin' cow or anything, spare me] believes in should enforce violence, waging war or trying to specifically pin 1 idea or topic or belief being superior to another.

I think Reese's Pieces are the BEST friggin candy you can buy, blows M&M's outta the water. If I rally other fans of it to wage war on M&M's eaters until there are only RP eaters, how am I any different?

Oh dear!  Isn't that a rash decision to make?  We are supposed to love one another.  Not because someone does not treat you nicely, it means that you have to return the favour the same way. I am not saying turn the other cheek but besides religious belief, try and do unto others what you would like to be done unto you.  Forget the concept of religion and try and view them as human beings that need to be loved.

First off that is completely out of context, that passage in the Quran refers to the people who do not believe in the Lord(Allah means the same thing, all names of God come from breath). The passage details that people need to defend themselves from the ways of people who express aggression towards their way of living, and their faith in God. Later on in the Quran they say that if they decide to retreat from the field of battle that they are not the one's to follow into more aggression but to let them understand their level of peace and to show that Allah loves them, us! The conflict between the Islamic religion and America dates back to when the USA forcibly created the nation of Israel and put dictators in power in the majority of the Western World. I'm not blaming the conflict on our government because they did what was necessary during the Cold War. But for citizens of the United States to annex the rights given and the founding beliefs that it was started on, peace, religious freedom, etc. Also back to the Quran, the pages in the Quran where not meant to be understood in any language except Arabic.
    Just for any clarification:
    Islam - The Religion
Muslim - The Believer of Islam
    Arabic - The language

Forbidding people to come here based on their faith would go against the foundation of the beginnings of our country. As a Christian, I believe our battle isn't with a particular group of people. As a nation based on Christian faith, it's good to remember that.

    Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Quran? What religion is that? No, they should not forbid enterance of muslims. However it should be more difficult to enter the country.

"No," is the answer to the question.  I do, however, recognize the problems that other cultures will definitely encounter should they allow a vocal or powerful minority of Islamic persons into their country.

There are so many armed rednecks in Texas that I'd be worried for the Muslims around here if a group of them started acting extremist.  I can't understand why England and France have allowed Islam to interfere with their cultures - but with Ashkenazi "Jews" running the entire American media, we have THEM to fear more-so than Muslims.

Are you quoting that from a Koran that is right in front of you???? I do not believe it says that in the Koran. It is like religious fanatics here that blow up abortion clinics....they are NOT following the word of Jesus Christ, quite the opposite. There are fringes in any group. I believe we probably have more fanatics in this country than any other.
NO we should not ban any denomination, creed, sect, or sex from entering "the land of the free". Once you start down that road you are headed toward a fascist state. That is what Hitler wanted. That is NOT what the U.S. was founded on

Yeah and how many non-believers did God slaughter in the old testament?
The world should be rid of ALL religion. Until then none should have preference over the other and also, ARE YOU KIDDING?
No America should not exile Muslims! Putting an entire religion into exile because you feel threatened is one step away from gas chambers. Ever heard of the Holocaust buddy? Other than terrorist groups, how many Muslims do you know that go around slaughtering the non-believers? I don't know any but maybe that's just me.
Maybe America should think about ridding themselves of prejudiced based on foolish ignorance.

i'd love to say yes but i'm all for freedom of choice so i just can't agree with such a thing. do i think a growing muslim population is a good thing, not a chance but i don't want to live in a country where you are persecuted just for your religious beliefs either.

It is not a "religious" problem.Religion is basically a traditional cultural matter with it's rules and preferred spiritual outlook. It is a question of peoples hearts and minds and if their hatred is being used as a political financial front to attempt to change domestic or international law by deception.

No, I don't, though I wouldn't be surprised if it happens in my lifetime.  I know that Allah would take care of us, but man, would that suck!

Did you know that the phrase "Bismillah Al-Rahmaan Al-Raheem"--in the name of Allah, the most compassionate, the most merciful--is repeated 114 times?

The bible is not much better.  In fact it's very similar.  To answer your question, no.  I don't believe we should not let muslims into the country. Terrorists come in all races.

I do believe they should adhere to the rules of our culture. Burkas for instance, should be banned.  Besides being cruel to make women wear them, a burka is a safety hazzard.  Also you don't really know who's under that burka.

an obvious answer would be that the United States of America was founded simply for the basis of religious freedom, our for fathers had the keen insight to understand that all men are created equally, and should be allotted the freedom to follow God in their own faiths, now to say that a Muslim should be forbidden entrance to this country would , and or should imply that all religious sects should be. Simply not an action that seems permissable. There is good in all races and religions, as well as bad
