Passover would be my choice.
('Easter' is actually a pagan holiday in origin. One can research this and find out about the eggs, bunnies, Ishtar, the sacrificing of babies, etc. The resurrection of Jesus was given this title later, to try to unite and combine the pagans and the Christians.)
The Passover Lamb is Jesus the Messiah. He is the most important part of it. His precious holy blood, shed for my sins and for the sins of the world, that those who would believe in Him and make Him their Lord and Savior would not have to be condemned to eternal judgment, but could live with Him, redeemed and reborn, for all eternity.
And then of course His resurrection would follow..
