How can a man become 'God'?
The scriptures are quite clear on this point: “no man can become God!”
People have tried all sorts of stuff to become 'God' or at least, to become as powerful as He is. They've tried to be wealthy, famous, powerful in their own community or all over the world. To me, though, there is only one God. Many will attempt to become as powerful as God, but will inadvertently fail. Of course, this is just my opinion:-). Thanks for letting me answer it!
1. Serious answer : Before you can start contemplating an answer to this question, I suppose you'd have to define the concepts of 'man' and 'God'...
2. Facetious answer : The scriptures are clear... only women can become 'God'...; )
See, what many people fail to realize is that the term 'god' simply means 'controller of a spiritual plane, domain or sphere through its or his power of expressions.
In other words god means 'ruler'. So that brings us to begin to ask the other question 'which god?'
You can be god or even gods, but there is only one God!
God is the supreme power who has created the world and all human beings. He is the creator of land, earth and sky and all of us living in this world are His messenger. . His divine and magical power is unmatchable and no human on earth can replace Him. God has given us many good things with the instruction to take advantage of these things within its limit and going beyond this may destroy our rights and life too He observes everything we do. Anyone trying to become GOD faces defeat in the end and starts reaffirming his faith in GOD.
Being a good Human. help, sacrifices, loyalty, trust, good listener and more qualities that u & other feel
we are "god", just some people can't seem to admit it. the bible was written by people so obviously , since it suppose to be god's word, we are god. theres no way some spirit told those folks what to write so in the end, humans are god.
Man can never become God.It is impossible we are the creature and he is the creator.
The scriptures are right, no man can become God.
In human condition we wouldn't be able to handle so much power. As activation123 said, 'we are the creature'...this is the closest we can get to the creator.
Our fallability removes the possibility of becoming a God.
The allegory of the Garden shows that the chief lie of the serpent was the idea that man could become like God; and this is the goal of humanism, and the worship of science - to have man believe that he is his own God, as if he'd created himself.
well i have heard of a way....if you want to try it you have my blessing....start by drinking a full bottle of a phytons poison...live for 3 days and then a bottle of deadly acid...live a week and then shoot your heart with a full clip of machine gun....survive that and your sooooo there with the god thing.

If nothing can only produce nothing, how did our universe start from nothing without God? There are many unanswered questions in the science and astronomy fields. Since these fields can not have God as an answer, they toss out data that disproves their belief about a Creator. Actually a Creator...

How would you describe God?Whatever your view of the Creator, Divine or Absolute, or if you feel there is nothing of the sort, I would like to know! If you believe in God, what is He like? If a person asked you, 'Who is God?' or 'Where is God?', what would you answer?

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth........?This first scripture confuses me a bit. We are told that God lives in Heaven, and that he has always existed. No beginning, no end. So, where did he reside before he created the heavens?

Is the God of the Bible, the same as the God of the Koran, and Bhagavad-Gita.If there is one God, why so many different "scriptures". Why not just one book that tells the entire history of planet Earth and the entire cosmos?

How can modern men believe in a creator God?Believing in any good supernatural creator entity should be quite the leap in logic, yet so many Christians admit to believing in such a good and powerful creator type God, --- even though they also often think the world has more evil than good in...
