    What's your anger outlet?

Mine? My punching bag and writing. You?

Ideally it would be to throw things - preferably out the window! But since the things that I get angry at can be expensive and possibly kill a passer by - ie - computers - I have to make do with screaming into my pillow and giving it a good few punches.

I prefer to challenge my negitive energy, and turn it around and allow to fuel my desire to change whatever may be bothering me. It takes alot less energy to fix the problem, than to remain in a unhealthy state of mind.

Processing it-investigating what it is all about and asserting myself appropriately if needed, sharing with someone close is an option, and then-letting it go.

I usually vent, either in writing or speaking.

I usually either go for a run, listen to my fav band and sing as loud as i can, or write in my journal. I find they all work really well!

My anger outlet is writing hubs. Hubs come to me while I am walking off  my frustration. As I walk I pray and ask for strength, wisdom and courage to get through the issues I am faced with. By the time I return home I often have a subject to write about. I try to write about something that will encourage someone worst off than myself.

It is rare that anger gets the best of me ( guess my 'personality type")...........but when it does, my release is to " throw" something..........balled up newspaper, a coffee cup,..............at times, it is enough to kick an empty box across the floor.

I have a good right arm pitch and a strong leg!
