Where is Heaven or Hell actually located in a turning Universe?

When Heaven or hell is spoken of there is the indication of direction, up or down. This becomes complicated in a turning and expanding Universe.

Go straight to the horizon, then

    for Heaven - turn right
    for Hell       - turn left.

In the mind. All is mind.We can live a life of peace or one of misery, it is our choice. And we can believe in heaven or hell or none of it.

Pointing down means earth, you are full of liabilities and hassles fighting for hunger, land, respect, honor and many more which makes it near to hell.

Pointing up means universe, when you are dead your soul does not bound with anything you are free and weightless this makes it near to haven.

although there is lot of definitions but this what I think

They reside in your mind... Anything can be heavenly or hellish... it just depends on your perception of it. smile

Many question these very things throughout their lives. There are Monks and Dali Lamas and Gentle Mystics who spend their whole lives questioning and debating these very questions.

I feel that they are not of this world. They are not located anywhere in this universe. Usually we think that hell is under the earth or at the center of it, and heaven is up in the sky or beyond somewhere. But only God knows!

I believe they could be in another dimention. Science has proven that there are I think 12 different dimentions which is very interesting.

I am sorry I do not know the coordinates of heaven and hell to give out.  I would if I did. I am just working on staying out of trouble and being happy.  Spiritual heaven is in the heart and soul, physically heaven id have no clue.

    Best wishes.

Heaven or hell is a state of mind, a personal interpretation or perception of a feeling or experience,  a reaction to any occurrence or situation. Thus, it cannot be confined only to any specific place. It can be anywhere you'd wish to see either of it as you create your own version of heaven or hell within you.

Old Testament scripture indicates that sheol (Hebrew word) was below the surface of the earth, somewhere. In the New Testament Jesus uses the Greek word hades to refer to the same place, still below the surface of the earth, somewhere.
Accounts also exist of people with after-death experiences who have returned to life. Some of them claim that hell is near the center of the earth.
Heaven is more a spiritual place where the Saints are taken upon death. (That's Christians, not Catholic saints.) When the resurrection happens in the last days, the bodies of the saints will be 'glorified', a concept we are unable to fully imagine at this time. Upon the completion of that event, we will be able to enter heaven as more than just spirit, but also with our bodies.

Honestly that question relies on the boundaries of faith, and I'm sure many people may agree to disagree, but it also rests with the burden of proof. Many people don't take scripture as facts that even these things exist. We live in a naturalistic world, which means that if there isn't "proof" then it must not exist. All I have to say on that matter my friend is to rely on faith, and don't worry about naturalistic point of views. We are all entitled to our own beliefs. If you believe in Heaven and Hell then so be it.

Hell is not a location, but the condition of death. People will say hell is down because people generally go down into the earth when they die.

Heaven is a realm located in outer space.  We say it is up in the same way we say the Sun is up in the sky.

I personally believe that Heaven is only one that exists. It's the reward at the end of life. Hell is there only to keep us in line.

If for the sake of discussion, the concepts of Heaven and Hell as written many centuries ago when mankind's understanding of the universe was more limited than what we have today. It stated that at the core of the Earth was Hell and Heaven hung above us in the sky.

Also the possibility of being different dimensions is acceptable for we have yet to explore another dimension, which is why it is still a theory.

For those who stated that "Heaven and Hell are in the mind", that is also very much true as we craft both of them and some of us craft neither.

The truth is, no human knows the answer to the actual location of "heaven" or "hell", if they indeed exist. If one believes, however, that they do - then these dwelling places are matters of perception. While some may argue that H & H are literal places, others would say they are metaphoric wonders of human consciousness. And even more support the idea of both being an earthly "reality".

Perhaps, it just may be none of our business to know of things beyond our comprehension. We live in a dimension which, by law, has its spiritual cosmic limitations. Whatever we choose to believe, in this regard, remains a comfortable guess derived from what is perceived by the limit of five (or six) senses.

Yes ,heaven and hell are states we create for ourselves or that someone creates for us.
Actually, I think that early people saw the beautiful blue sky and called that pleasant thought heaven.  They saw the horrible suffering caused by spewing volcanos  right out of the earth and were sure that hell was down there where the fire and brimstone was.

These are spiritual concepts (Heaven and hell).

The realm of spirit (creation) is discontinuous in nature. In other words, it has no space, no time, no energy and no mass. In this realm, there is no up or down.

The idea of "up" and "down" as metaphors for Heaven and hell are borne out of the ideas of perfection  and life. Imperfect things or things that die fall to the ground or go into the ground. The stars, sun and moon are seemingly permanent and perhaps symbolically perfect. All life aspires to be this.

Everyone should know that there may be a "natural afterlife"—possibly a heaven (maybe a hell).  This afterlife, while unconventional, is:

         • scientifically plausible, i.e., not supernatural;
         • philosophically, i.e., logically, consistent;
         • and for many, religiously acceptable.

Where is it?  It is in your mind as the final moment of your final, never-ending dream (NED)--the one that would have been called your near-death experience (NDE) had you recovered, the one from which you never awake, and the one you never know ends because you never perceive that you've died.

For more on the natural afterlife, begin by reading the Hub "Your Natural Afterlife:  the Non-Supernatural Alternative to Nothingness" (HubPages, Bryon Ehlmann).

Heaven and hell are really something that are imagined by someone ,maybe the old people to create an awareness among the common people to lead a good life .In another way  it is just in our minds.A saying  tells our deeds make a heaven of hell in the world.

If there is such a place as heaven and hell!  If there is a heaven (where God lives) it is trillions of miles away -- in space.  In the bible, it says somewhere that no one can look upon the face of god without dying, because he is so bright to look at.  It also says no living person can enter heaven.  Well, it sounds to me as if heaven is on the sun.  The reason is because the heat (even before you land on the sun) would burn you to a crisp, and 2ndly, if somehow a living person could travel there in a spaceship that wouldn't burn up, he /she probably wouldn't be able to see a thing.  The bright light would blind them.  I believe the universe is round.  All of the planets are.  So, since everything in space, including earth, is always moving around, there is no exact direction.  As far as hell goes, I don't believe in it.  But if I'm wrong, I think it is everywhere and by that, I mean, it is in the body of the dead (no life).  People die everyday in various countries, so there is no certain direction.
