Yes, I do. Haha, ever since I was hit with an Inflammatory Bowel Disease known as Ulcerative Colitis.

Sometimes I catch myself falling victim to much of this 2012 nonsense.  But then I have to quickly remind myself that the world has constantly been in turmoil and the problems we face today do not even compare to the devastation of such events as the plague, the Spanish influenza, or even the great war.  If the world was to come to an end I think it would have happen already.

Not at all.. I don't care if it is already the end of the world. What's important right now is today.

For me, I believe the end of my life is closer than the end of this world.

But looking at the signs, it seems that we are destroying our planet as we are draining out the resources with technology. I wonder if technology can be used to help the growth of the planet instead.

With that said, if we are not all so selfish in terms of thinking of just generating profits gain, then I do believe the earth will be saved eventually. Just look at the Ozone effect. If we stop and think for a long term solution, we will be better off.

So, I hope that the future generation will be able to make a good change for the sake of earth.

No. The end of the world won't happen until Jesus has reigned on the earth for 1000 years, as the Bible says. However, I do believe that the rapture of the church from the world is close, very close.

OUr planet has survived bigger disasters than we are bringing on, it will go on what ever. Just enjoy yourself and let tomorrow look after itself.

Not at all; but the most religion-obsessed people have been hoping and praying for the end of the world for the past 2,000 years.

I know this is odd, but for me the world already ended and now I am on a journey, where I don't know otherwise it wouldn't be a journey.

if energy and matter cannot be created nor destroyed, they can only transform, thus. all there is, IS transformation. another way may be to say, all there is, is life.

The last time that a majority of people felt that the end of the world was imminent, particularly in a religious sense, was the Middle Ages--not exactly a time that anyone should be emulating.  Apart from that, every generation always feels as though the world is deteriorating, or that the present problems we face threaten the destruction of life as we know it.

I am sure the world will outlive me, and the human race for that matter but yes the end of our existence is growing near.
There is going to be another mass extinction or at least a great time of dying coming in the near future.
Mankind has been too successful. And we have overpopulated this planet. There are currently 7 Billion people and it is estimated that by 2030 there will be 9 Billion. But this planet can only support something like 3-4 Billion and that would have been if we had the resources available when the population was at that point in the 60s.
We have now broken the ability of resources to keep pace and they will have to see a prolonged period of very low consumption to recover.
We are also breeding super bugs, bacterias and viruses that are immune to all of our medicines. One or more of these is going to mutate into a highly contagious form that can spread world wide quickly. Looking at the world of today make me very happy that I grew up in the world of yesterday I am also glad that I have no children.
As far as some Biblical end of days, that is all bunk. But statistically we will have a super-volcano or a major asteroid hit at some point in time.
The planet has come very close to the end of all life several times in the past. Mankind has been killed off to a few small groups in the past, though not by any means from Bible verses.
These things will happen again,,, someday.

Sometimes when I'm flipping channels on television and I come across Real Housewives of New Jersey, I do feel like the end of the world must be near.
