By definition a statement of absolute truth cannot be a contradiction or paradox. However, it is possible that no one can come up with such a statement.
For example. It is dark outside. That is where I live. On the other side of the world it is incorrect.
If the statement contains a contradiction within it, then there is a paradox or a contradiction.
Can God tie a knot he cannot untie?
Accepting that God is perfect he could tie the perfect knot that could not be untied. But if God untied it, the knot would not be perfect and if God could not untie it, then God would not be perfect, which for Christians would be impossible.
Words are inventions of humans.
I heard a speaker refer to something as a half truth. I replied that since truth is absolute, the so called half truth has to be a lie.
