Everybody here touched my heart. Loss of a dear one is something I have experienced as well, and only time can heal that wound. This is a very poignant question. I really wouldn't know what to pick, as there are lots of incredibly difficult things I had to deal with in my life, and they weren't all related to health issues. I will stick with health issues, because it's easier. I had several major surgeries that saved my life. That was rough. I can't remember how many times I ended up in the hospital with pneumonias and other serious illnesses. I also had Rubella during the first trimester of my pregnancy. Not knowing (it was 1971), whether I was going to give birth to a healthy child was agonizing for me, because the doctor said we were looking at a 50-50 chance, and this was my first child. Thankfully, she was born healthy, but I would have loved her just the same if it had been the other way.
