Follow your instinct more than you'd want to follow your heart and use your sixth sense well, because it will bring you far in life! It will garantuee you a rich life....and don't mean moneywise....richness as in happiness and balance.

What we think makes us happy, indeed, may not be the best for us...our instinct brings us happiness. Thank you for sharing!

    be contented....
there is nothing more tiring than desiring for so much and ending up not gaining any. I have found out that through life's journey, one's contentment over matters provide the best source of solitude and peace of mind.

I would like to share one of my hubs about this matter entitled :
The Pursuit of Happiness: the Desire for Wealth Vs the Desire for Contentment
    found at http://rutheddavid.hubpages.com/hub/The … ontentment

    hope this helps smile

Thanks, Ruth, for sharing your article! I've read it and wholly agree that being happy begins with being contented with what you do have...and not complaining. Thanks for sharing the hub...read, commented, voted up.

In regard to your Article I made this comment:Yes, I completely agree as it is said "happiness is a state of mind"; but state of mind demands solvency in finance, romance for sense organ and peace of mind in the faith of spirit for being afraid of de

    1. Understanding
    2. Forgiving
    3. Acceptance

It is through understanding of life where we learn how to forgive others wrongdoings and accept their faults. No point of holding grudges as it does not benefit your health. Being able to move forward in life is the best path.

That's what I teach my kids. Never to hold grudges and forgive. Be happy instead of jealous or hatred.

Being in the moment, taking each moment as it comes, without judgement and with equanimity.

That was so well put. Experiencing the moment for what it is......always is the way!

Inner peace.  If you have inner peace then you have a better chance of being happy.  Trying to remain positive and do good for others.

    Best wishes.
