I agree, I work a normal job and write on the side. After putting minimal effort into my writing, I decided that to be effective I need to put all of my attention to every detail. It pays to work hard on your writings.
I know exactly what you mean. Even though I am not a programmer, every once in a while I would design a website. Bugs always occur. It can get so frustrating, sometimes it will take me all day to fix the simplest thing.
Yes, and sometimes it takes so long to discover so many obvious errors, but generally, it's worth the effort
