   Rebirth is inevitable. We do not die. Only the body dies. Body is perishable. The Atma is not perishable. It is ever living. When we live in a rented house and the house become old, do we not seek another rented house for our comfortable living? Similarly, our Atma, gets into another body to live. The body is changed. And we call that as rebirth. The Atma is not born again.It is for ever.
   Your second doubt is how can we get back to life?
   When the Atma is always alive, this question does not arise.We do not get back to life as we live always.

   easetravels pretty much said what I was gonna say lol,
   
   What makes you, you? your head, heart, eyes? are you your arm, your body? no that is just your shell, your house.
   You are the energy/soul/life force that resides inside the body.
   
   So only your body dies, but you can never die, you are energy and energy never dies it only transforms/transfers.

   Some believe in reincarnation, where people come back in as different entity of some sort.  I personally believe that when Jesus comes back according to Revelation, the sky will open up and you'll hear the loud trumpets sound. The bible said he will come again to judge living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.  The dead shall rise first before the living. Jesus said, "In my Father's house there are many mansions."  I believe there is a place in heaven (a mansion) that has my name on it because I'm trying to live right. When that day comes if I live to see it, I want to be righteous (worthy) of him.
