Is there any ways to refresh your old memories?

Or in other way what is the way to get rid of your memory if one wish so?

To refresh my memories, it is always good to dig up old photos and it is amazing how the memories will come flooding back in.  On the other hand, I am not sure how to erase a memory, except to remove any and all items around your home and photos as well that remind you of that particular memory you wish to erase.  No sure I answered the question.  It is an interesting one.

Sometimes music refreshes my memories. Especially the 80's

Photos, music, my own journal or meeting old friends can recall my memory back alive.

Writing can help you reclaim memories. In college, I wrote a short story about an incident when I was about 9. As I wrote it, I was able to reclaim snippets of dialog, an odd game the boys in the story created, and other remarkable details. Some creative license might have been applied, too, but some of it was definitely from memory.

40 years ago, when I was in Scientology, their spiritual counseling also helped greatly with memory. In fact, it worked so well that during the class review leading up to mid-term exams, I soaked up information like a sponge. The exam, which I had thought I might fail, turned out to be easy after the counseling. And I received the only "A" in the class.

Getting rid of memories can be as easy as getting busy helping other people. But usually what people would like to get rid of is the negative energy attached to dark memories. Meditation, prayer, Scientology counseling or similar spiritual things can strip off the painful energy so that the simple, neutral memory is left. No more pain and no more resentment. It also helps to take 100% responsibility for everything you experience. When you do that, you can never again be a victim. Pretty cool.
