Nellieanna, some people are luckier with their sleep, but I don't seem to be so, I need a lot of it and I still don't feel rested. One doctor suggested that I might have a sleep disorder, but I have no energy to get into yet another malaise.

Maybe you were not a true night owl. What surprised me when I was pregnant was that my son was kicking late at night. Even I would be ready to sleep and he began his shenanigans! Now he has his routine, but the rhythm is the same. Active late.
