He said married people are one. He prayed that the children of God be one (in one accord, not God) as they were one

John 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

In Matthew 26:24 he called himself the “son of man”

In Mark 14, he said he was the son of the blessed and did not say he was God

Free will is the potential for love and also suffering. No freedom would have neither love or suffering. There are only two possibilities. If you want one you have to accept the potential for the other too. We are not automatons.

Being one with God does not make him God.

Before this universe began, I AM. This does not make me God, either.

God created us in His image and likeness, so we are timeless, spiritual sources of creation. After all, God is not Homo sapiens

John 8:24-27 Jesus said that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

Then said they unto him , Who art thou?

They understood not that he spake to them of the Father .

He claimed to be I am
