I have got to get it together. People make money off of questions? I need to pay more attention.
Are you signed up for the hubpages ad program? If so, then you're earning some pennies for questions.
Thanks, my Dear Marlene, I'm with Eric here in so far as I know very little about the money thing. You're also too kind to some Hubbers, as I feel that there are other, sometimes malicious motives, as well. You guys are the good crowd.
Yes. The questions are treated just like the hubs. There are ads placed on the page and we are compensated the same way as hubs for questions. The more interaction, the better. The more controversial, the more responses, the more "money." I guess.
I see Marlene.
My approach will be to delete or close if controversial. They can sometimes be dark and painful to read. Thanks for the info.
I never knew of this fact that people earn through questions also. Here on this page it is "play Rummy and win cash". Does it help you? I don't think so!
I ask only sincere questions requiring honest answers.
Marlene, all great answers. Close thing between you and Andrew. You won, just.

Nice answer, Andrew. I have answered questions on poetry. I've also written about 8 poems describing poetry itself, all different. Look for Poesia Cantata 2 and my prose work: The Art of Poetry. If I may say so, your motive hereis a very noble one.

Good for you, Jodah. I share the view of some noble Hubbers that sometimes it's just not worth it, as it can get very ugly. I ask very little, but I understand a bit more from you guys. I like the sincere Questions and responses are great!.
I should ask a question "how do I proof read my answers to questions?" After rereading what I wrote here. I apologise for all the typos....iPad doesn't like me.
Jodah, Didn't notice Bro. I'm used to leaving be, when it's a great writer. Even Bill slips up sometime. I think we all do. Not to worry, my Friend.

A great answer, and one with a difference. You've touched on this well. We soothe our minds, yes, and we search for identity. Sometimes that's all it is ...or is it? deep down, in an unconscious way, we're seeking to soothe the Heart; to find meaning

Don't be, Eric. You're one of the good guys, to me. You explain it well though. Thanks.
